Ilana + Ryan

I first met Ilana and Ryan when I chose them for one of my free Engagement Shoots. They took a swing in the meeting - they asked me to come to their cottage in Muskoka. It’s their favourite place, and they met at a summer camp when they were teenagers. I had to go!

After that wonderful session which you can see here, they asked me to photograph their wedding at Ivy Ridge.

It was the most gorgeous sunny August day - better than I could have asked for. Ilana and Ryan threw an excellent party. They had temporary tattoos of their cats for guests to put on, a beautiful bedeken ceremony, a very fun and energetic hora, and they even had hand written letters for all of their guests to read when they found their seats.

It was a magical day fully of colour, happiness, and laughter.
